What is CBC Isolate?

Cannabichromene, better known as CBC, is one of the “big six” cannabinoids and is the second-most abundant cannabinoid found in cannabis.

Similar to CBD, CBC is non-psychoactive because it bonds poorly to CB1 cannabinoid receptors in the brain. Rather, it binds with receptors in the body, many of which are linked to pain perception.

However, unlike CBD, CBC does not activate any endocannabinoid receptors, so its effects are best utilized when combined with other cannabinoids.

How is CBC Isolate made?

Stemming from Cannabigerol, known as the mother of all cannabinoids, CBC is converted CBGa to CBCa and eventually into its final form through a decarboxylation process.

Just like CBD Isolate (or any other isolate), CBC Isolate does not contain anything else like other cannabinoids, terpenes or flavonoids.

Our CBC, made with hemp grown to organic methods, comes as an amber gold oil with 97%+ CBC and 0% THC.

What are the benefits of CBC Isolate?

Just as CBC reacts similarly to CBD, it may also possess many of the same benefits, most notably as a cancer fighter. Additionally, CBC targets areas of pain and inflammation to ease sore joints and muscles.

As mentioned above, CBC’s effects are best realized when combined with other cannabinoids, a phenomenon known as the entourage effect.
